In addition a security deposit of £100.00 per apartment will be added to your invoice. The deposit will be refunded 14 days after your vacation of the apartment provided there has been no damage or breakages at the apartment and the apartment has been left in good and tidy condition. If there has been a breakage or damage caused to the apartment a claim may be made against you, which will not be limited to the amount of the security deposit.
PLEASE NOTE: There is also a charge of £40.00 inc vat to cover final cleaning and laundry costs
following the vacating of the apartment. This service is not available during your stay.
DISCOUNTS
10% discounts are available to children's care organisations and for block bookings of more than two months continuous occupation.
